This has been really hard to take. Leah was like my daughter.. She spent so much time with me in my classroom, my home, at family functions...my whole family is at a lost for words..as a teacher you always have those special ones that you give a little more love to. Even though she grew up on went on her own way, she was still one of mine...I love you Leah Leonard...like I called you when I was fussing at you when you were fighting with your sisters lol...love you all and pray for God's peace and comfort to you all.

Leah you and my daughter were friends and we were next door neighbors on S.Kilbourne. I had may talks with your sister on my porch. When I heard about your passing I was at a lost for words. You were always such a beautiful and smart young lady...wise beyond your years. My condolences to your family and may the peace of God be with them dying this heavy time. Love Sabrina
