Sister Marquita N. Ferguson (67) of Valdosta, Georgia has transitioned from this world to her heavenly reward on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

Marquita was born August 5, 1951 in Valdosta Georgia, to the late Louisa Ceasar. She confessed the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and was a proud member of Greater Pleasant Temple Baptist Church.

Marquita, leaves to cherish her memories three sons: Dewayne Berry (Sherry); Michael Norwood (Carolyn); and Will Scott; One Sister Francine Shearry (James); two brothers Donald Ceasar and Nathaniel Ceasar (Dorothy) and a host of grandchildren, great grands, nieces, nephews and friends.

Celebration of Life Services in honor of her precious life will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm from The Greater Pleasant Temple Missionary Baptist Church, 309 Cherry Street in Valdosta, Georgia. Reverend Bernard L. Robinson Sr; is pastor and will officiate. Burial will follow in The Pallbearers Cemetery in Valdosta Ga. are pending completion at this time but will be announced at a later date, on behalf of the Ferguson Family.
