Official Notice of Earthly Transition From Labor to Rest
With profound respect and heartfelt sympathy, Harrington Funeral Home, Inc. announces the peaceful transition of
Mr. Hazel White Jr. of Valdosta, Georgia. Born February 7, 1946
Transitioned from this earthly life August 21, 2026.
There are some lives that speak loudly, and there are others whose quiet presence says everything that words never could. Mr. Hazel White Jr. was a quiet, yet strong man, a man whose strength was reflected not in how much he said, but in the life he lived, the people he touched, and the dignity he carried.
His journey through this life was marked by a quiet strength and a steadfast spirit. He did not need to seek attention to make an impact. His presence was enough. His life leaves behind memories that will be treasured, lessons that will not be forgotten, and a legacy that will continue to live through those who knew and loved him.
On August 21, 2026, Mr. White answered the call to lay his burdens down and exchange the cares of this earthly journey for eternal rest. Though his physical presence will be deeply missed, the imprint of his life remains.
“Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord… that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” — Revelation 14:13
As the White family walks through this sacred season of remembrance and farewell, may they find comfort in knowing that a life well lived can never truly be forgotten.
