There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains.
Now we say goodbye, to the soul that touched so many, we promise to give forever love, for that you gave was always more than plenty.
It is with extreme sorrow that Harrington Funeral Home Inc. announce the transition of Mr. Jacques R. Sherman.
Mr. Jacques R. Sherman (34) of Valdosta, GA, departed this walk of life way to soon on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL.
He was born on Tuesday, October 21, 1986, as a gift from God (her first born) to Pamela Sherman Gary. He was married to the apple of his eye, Mrs. Vinesha Sherman. He was a family man, one who adored his daughters: Trinity, Rylei, & Dallas, in addition to his son Tyreek.
He was educated through the Valdosta City Schools System and was a 2005 graduate of Valdosta High School. Jacques was a son, a brother, and a friend to many, in addition to spending time with the stars in his crown, his children.
Our staff at this time, respectfully request your prayers for Mr. Sherman’s family as they attempt to pick up the pieces and process this great void in their lives. Sherman family, we would like to believe that if Jac would have a final message for each of you, it would be these words:
To my family and my friends, remember me in your heart, your thoughts, and your memories, of the times we loved; the times we cried. The times we fought. The times we laughed. For if you during your sad days continue think of me, I will never be gone, because I’m always in your hearts.
Mr. Jacques R. Sherman’s life will be remembered and celebrated on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 4:00 PM from Abundant Life Church of God - 3419 Knights Academy Road, Valdosta GA. Pastor Wayne Hughes, pastor - Pastor Bernard Leon Robinson Sr., officiating. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery, 2065 Clay Road - Valdosta, Ga.
At that time, we will continue to walk by faith and not fear. However, we must exercise sound judgement, respect and comply with guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), while continuing to serve our families in times of need.
Social and physical distancing practices will be practiced during any and all of our services. Ministry of comfort has been entrusted into the hands of Harrington Funeral Home Inc.
