On the thirteenth day of September - 1994, God chose to bring forth a handsome baby boy and he was named Jamie Rashad Glaster. This blessed creation was brought forth through God given union of his parents and family.
Do not judge a biography by it’s length, Nor by the number of pages in it. Judge it by the richness of it’s contents. Sometimes those unfinished are among the most poignant.
Do not judge a song by it’s duration Nor by the number of it’s notes. Judge it by the way it touches and lifts the soul. Sometimes those unfinished are among the most beautiful.
And when something has enriched your life, And when it’s melody lingers on in your heart. Is it unfinished? Or is it endless?

Jamie, you are so incredibly missed. You were a bright, beautiful light and had the most calming presence and you kept your head up despite anything you may have faced. You were so kind and encouraging. I think of you so often. Rest well friend.
Many years ago, I would go to my sister's home, Mozella Glaster. The minute that I walked in her house, I heard and saw the three boys (Jamie,Casey and Jordan) running and laughing through the house in play. While Mozella and I talked, Margaret would come from her bedroom in frustration and ask her mother to keep the boys quiet because she worked on night shift. Mozella would only laugh at Margaret and refused to honor her request because I could see the expression of love on her face as she watched her three grandchildren play. I think that she babysat a great deal with them because of this great love she had for them. Mozella is gone and now Jamie but the three cousins at play and the laughter of Mozella will never die. These thoughts will always remain precious in my soul. Dear Lord Jesus help the family to remember the good times. I think that Jamie would have wanted that.
You were such an amazing manager. Glad I got to meet & work with you. You will be missed 💜

It was just this past Sunday that you and I spent the final hour cleaning our work areas before clocking out. I finished before you and came over to give you a hand. We chatted for over 30 minutes while working together. Never once did it cross my mind that it would be my last hour with you man. Wow, you were the welcoming and pleasant spirit to show me around the workplace just 3 months ago. Here is what I've gathered in that time, you were a gift to so many including myself. I was blessed to cross paths with you man. I knew you loved God when I quoted the verse of a song and immediately you responded..... Andre Crouch lol. You will be missed my brother. To the family, know that God is a very present help during times of troubles. Lean on him, he is with you all, always! Peace be unto you all during this time ❤️🙏🏽

Jamie I Really Hate That Adulthood Caused Us To Drift Apart! I Hate It Even More That We Weren't Able To Catch Up On Old Times At Our Class Reunion. Thank You For Always Making Me Smile & Believing I Could Braid Your Hair Even Tho I Told You I Couldn't. 😂😂 Sleep Peacefully My Friend You Will Always Be Remembered! I Love You!!
Man, as our class was starting to get together and talk about our 10 year reunion, I thought of you JUST last week and sent you a friend request on Instagram. I remember when you were my secret Santa in band and you bought me a Georgia teddy bear as a gift. I still have it and remember the thoughtfulness of it. You were such a kind and funny person with a great heart. I was looking forward to catching up and seeing how life was treating you and it's unfortunate we won't get that chance. May you rest in peace and power Jamie. <3
We all are going to miss you this one took us all by surprise. Jamie Rest In Heaven with our Heavenly Father. Praying for Tracy and family.
Will miss you dearly ❤️. You were an amazing person!
I'll miss you
My dear friend, you were such a bright light in a dark room. Literally one of my first friends I met in 7th grade at VMS when I moved to Valdosta. It was always us walking back and forth from your house to mine lmao. I still remember when you wrote me a love letter and everyone including the teachers on the hall knew 🤣Words can't express how I'm feeling right now but I will always hold a great piece of you with me. Sleep in peace brother,I love you forever and always❤️
The first memory we created was at JL Newbern Middle School. We were introduced to one another through band. You embraced me in a hug and did something unexpectedly. You said, "Your hair stank. Big girls wash their hair." Jamie, you left me speechless and I couldn't do anything but smile at you. You told me the truth when others wouldn't. We then created more special memories as we grew. I love you my dear friend.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
