With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mr. Shimon Dorain Sanders, a resident of the Valdosta, Georgia community, who departed this life on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
Born on Saturday, August 20, 1977, Mr. Sanders transitioned at the age of 48 years.
Shimonβs life will be remembered by those who knew him will remember him. His journey on earth leaves an enduring imprint upon the hearts of family, friends, and all who walked alongside him.
As his family & friends grieve this loss, we also honor a life lived, and memories that remain.

Shicky was my dog back in the days and we had some really interesting times but he was always a funny dude. Burn one!
Shimon had a kind, loving heart. He is truly going to be miss. He was a very good person and sweet. I'm going to miss him.
You will always be in my heart. I love you so much!

π’ This is so bittersweet when I first met Mr.Shimon Dorian Sanders I never knew his government name I always called him BUD I never knew how kind his heart was until I got to know him he would always speak his mind especially to me bout situations I was in that he seen and I could make him smile and laugh bout the crazy things I would say some times when u first meet him u would say he is mean he never smiled a lot I remember bout 2 years ago he texted me and ask me how was I doing I said I'm ok then I ask him the same he told me what was going on and he had to go to a hospital out of town I asked him if he needed some one to go with him he said he didn't he said he was going to come by and see me soon ππ’ not I'm feeling so down and sad right now if y'all knew who he really was like people say the way u carry yourself doesn't tell the true nature of what u have inside and what u have been through no more pain no more worries no more hospital my friend RIH dear friend ππ’π’π
