WILBERT Proctor was the best father a child could have because he was a good listener and due to his dedicated love for my mother(Shirley Proctor) Both supported one another through anything and everything. And they both had that bond and love for Jehovah. I am alone now but if it's Jehovah's Will we will see one another again soon. Love Ann (daughter)
