Mr. William Long (84) of Valdosta, Georgia, departed this life on Saturday, June 13, 2020.

Add A CondolenceI will always remember my cousin, Billy. I remember one particular event in which Billy was home on leave from the military and took Mariah and I to the West End (Marianna). He was our escort and showed us a great time. We had to sneak in the house because we had passed our curfew. Of course, we were caught by Aunt Carrie. We lost ccontact over the years but I have always had fond memories of my visits in "the Valley." Rest in eternal peace, Billy. Gwen Davis
