Allie “Mickey” Thomas was born on February 24, 1940, in Lake Park, Georgia. She attended Dasher High School. Ms. Thomas enjoyed great fellowship, gardening and caring for people. She was employed by Valdosta State University for 28 years. At an early age, she joined Francis Lake A.M.E. Church. She has 32 grandchildren and 59 Great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by Parents: Cora Lee Cornelius and Raymond Fields; Brother: Willie Corbett Sr. and Grandson: Santonio Bivins
She leaves to cherish her memories her Children: Her devoted son and caretaker Charles Thomas (Cathyleen), Vida Jean Thomas, Alvin Thomas (Debra), Sandra Williams (Memlon), Ylinda Hunter, George Thomas (Monia) and Tiffany Anderson (Darryl); Godchildren: Freddie Mae and Harvey Copeland; Special Friends: Carolyn Berrian, Linda Graham, Mildred Jones and Don Stokes and Special Cousins: Jaunita Jenkins and Kenneth Williams. As well as a host of Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends. Mrs. Allie L. Thomas of Valdosta GA. was appointed to be born on Saturday, February 24, 1940, to her parents. On Sunday, July 03, 2022, the Lord called her to a place of eternal rest.

Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, July 09, 2022, at 1:00PM from the Frances Lake AME Church, 905 Lakes Blvd, Lake Park, GA - burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Micky will be greatly missed. She gave us many great memories. That affections laugh was unique so that you knew she was in the room.
