Ninety-seven years the Lord has led Mrs. Betty Murphy Council down the golden journey of life, guarding, guiding, and upholding her.

We offer our deepest condolences on the passing of your beloved Mother. Life is a journey filled with smiles, tears, and memories. While smiles may fade and tears may dry, the memories we create last forever. When our earthly circle is broken, we do not learn to live without them; rather, we learn to live with and appreciate the love and legacy they have left us.

As the months and years pass, may you find peace in the beautiful memories you created as a family. We believe that God will meet your every need, provide grace in your moments of weakness, and grant you the strength to endure. We are praying for the Council family during this time. Aunt Betty was truly a saint of God. She will be missed.

Mrs. Council was one of my favorite people in the world. She was my queen! I always called her Queen "B". I pray that you are having a safe journey to your heavenly home. I send lots of prayers, love and healing light to the family.

Grandma Betty was not my biological grandmother, but she carried the title with so much love and pride. She welcomed me and my family with open arms at a young age, and that love continued throughout the entire family over the years. I am truly grateful to have experienced such a beautiful soul and thankful to the family for sharing her with us. Her kindness and love impacted our lives then and continue to do so today. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time as you celebrate her life in true Grandma Betty fashion.

Mrs Council was one of my most favorite on this earth. It was an gift to be a small part of her life. She created an environment of humor, laughter, wisdom and seeing the person i am and taking moments to pour into the giver. A genuine person she will forever be in my memory. Thank you to the family, for sharing your loving 'Momma'.
