Born on October 29, 1945, Ms. McEady’s life was a portrait of strength, humility, and steadfast devotion. She carried herself with grace, offered love without condition, and left an indelible imprint on the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Her steady presence and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Funeral Services: A reverent Homegoing Celebration honoring the life of Mrs. Delois Young McEady will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Baptist Church,
6112 Savannah Road NE, Naylor, Georgia.
Following the service, she will be lovingly laid to rest in Naylor Cemetery, where family and friends will gather for final committal and quiet reflection.

To my friend, Carol and the McEady family, I'm sorry for the loss of your sweet mother. She was a true angel and servant. I had the pleasure of working many years with Miss Delois at the Lakeland Villa and Convalescence Center. She had a big smile and a big heart as she worked and cared for the elderly people.Blessings to you all
