Ms. Margaret E. Mincey: Sunrise: June 12, 1987, Sunset: November 4, 2025.
It is with tender hearts and deep respect that the staff of Harrington Funeral Home, Inc. announce the earthly transition of:
Ms. Margaret E. Mincey, age 38, a beloved resident of Lakeland, Georgia. Born on June 12, 1987, Ms. Mincey peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
A proud graduate of Lanier County High School, Class of 2005, Margaret will always be remembered for her warm smile, loving heart, and the joy she brought to every room she entered. She was a daughter, mother, friend, and confidant, one whose kindness left a lasting mark on those who were blessed to know her.
Though her earthly journey has ended, her memory lives on through the love she gave and the lives she touched.
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free, I’m following the path God laid for me. I took His hand when I heard Him call; I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, to laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I found that peace at close of day.
If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy. Be not burdened with times of sorrow; I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life’s been full, I’ve savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief— Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me, God wanted me now; He set me free.
