It is with heartfelt remembrance that the family announces the passing of Ms. Marilyn Elaine Ward Stafford, who transitioned from this life on Friday, January 16, 2026, at the age of 84 years.
Ms. Stafford was born on April 28, 1941, and throughout her life exemplified grace, strength, and compassion. She will be remembered for her thoughtful spirit, her enduring kindness, and the meaningful connections she formed with family, friends, and community.
Her life’s story continues through the memories she leaves behind and the love she shared so freely.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Marilyn Ward Stafford: Family, friends, and loved will gather and attend the Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Marilyn Ward Stafford on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM at City of Praise Church, 2061 East Park Avenue Valdosta, Georgia.
Interment will follow in Southview Cemetery, Valdosta, Georgia, where she will rest in peace.
The family is being served by The Home of the Morticians, Harrington Funeral Home, Inc.
