Anthony Corey “Co-Coa” Milner: Funeral service for Anthony Milner, 45, of Opelika, AL, will be at 12:00 noon, Monday, March 16, 2026, at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church, 7282 Alabama Hwy 14 W, Auburn, AL, 36830 with interment in Pine Level Cemetery, 4650 Arrow Head Road, Loachapoka, AL, 36865, Reverend Jason Whetstone will officiate.

Mr. Milner, who passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama, was born October 1, 1980, in Lee County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Mr. Milner will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

He leaves to cherish his memory: loving wife, Coffee Milner of Opelika, AL; four children, Keyshawn Dowdell, A’miya Milner, Makenzie Milner and Makensley Milner all of Opelika, AL; parents, Curtis Milner and Mary Dowdell both of Loachapoka, AL; two sisters, Kimmerly Milner of Ft. Mitchell, AL and Kesha Milner of Auburn, AL; three brothers, Bruce (Brendnette) Dowdell of Loachapoka, AL, Lopez (Candace) Dowdell and Shawn Rowe both of Auburn, AL; one uncle, Joe Milner of Loachapoka, AL; five aunts, Glenda (Huey) Love, Betty Ponds, Jacqueline Ware, Jennifur (Kenneth) Stringer all of Auburn, AL and Vermell Bush of Columbus, GA; mother-in-law, Sadie Gilmore of Auburn, AL; father-in-law, Willie Fred Gilmore of Tuskegee, AL; three brothers-in-law, Willie Fred Gilmore, Jr. of Tuskegee, AL, Willie B. Gilmore and DeAndre Gilmore both of Auburn, AL; three sisters-in-law, Hattie Gilmore, Krisse (Cebea) Dieudonne both of Auburn, AL and Deloise (David) Pitts of Loachapoka, AL; bonus sister, Brenda Pace of Loachapoka, AL; devoted friends, Timothy Pitts, Nakia Davis, and Mark Horton; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Even though Anthony is no longer with us, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in our hearts forever.
