Funeral service for Aquandus O'Neal-Ware, 29, of Opelika, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL, 36801, Reverend Vincent Sykes, Officiating, Bishop Carterris Tucker, Eulogist.
Mr. Ware, who passed away Monday, December 29, 2025 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, was born June 4, 1996, in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Monday, January 5, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
He leaves to cherish his memory: parents, Stephanie (Courtland) Holloway of Opelika, AL and Larron (Angie) Ware of Kuwait; three siblings; Courtney Holloway, Monteco Woods both of Opelika, AL and Micah Ware of Kuwait; grandparents, Geraldine (Rogers) Clayborn, Jacquelyn (George) Dodson and Danny (Angela) O’Neal all of Opelika, AL; ten aunts, LaTerian (David) Stinson, LaQunia (Henry) O’Neal, Elaine (Grayling) Frazier, Remonia (Tony) Hines, Arnita Crawford, Vernita Lockhart, Amelia Doolittle, Laracheal (Roosevelt) Williams, Therrion Banks, and Lisa (Frank) Brisky; seven uncles, Hilluard (Sherry) Ware, Brian Harris, Willie (Kaponia) Holloway, James (Ebony) Dodson, Danzavious O’Neal, Charles (Betty) Summers and Willie Summers; godparents, Willie (Tameka) Towles of Lanett, AL and TaQwana (Jerontavious) Flournoy of Opelika, AL; fur-daughter, Queen Sheba; special friend/family, Apreal Logan and family; a host of special cousins and friends.
