Funeral service for Barbara Robinson, 54, of Opelika, Alabama, will be at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, August 15, 2021, at Christ Temple Holiness Church, 610 Clanton Street, Opelika, AL 36801 with interment in Garden Hills Cemetery, Bishop Kenneth Carter will officiate.
Mrs. Robinson, who passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 in Montgomery, Alabama, was born July 14, 1967, in Chambers County, Alabama.
Public viewing for Mrs. Robinson will be Saturday, August 14, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (face covering is required)
She leaves to cherish her memory: four children, Bobby (Toni) Griffin of Auburn, AL, Jenerio Griffin, Terran (Kel’Breva) Griffin Sr, and Kaywonda Brown all of Opelika, AL; eight grandchildren, Tania, Jordan, Jaden, Ta’Kylie, Terran, Jr., Kendall, Caleb and Jahiem; parents, Virginia (David) Wilson of Opelika, AL; one sister, Tomekia Armstead (Harvey) of Montgomery, AL; three brothers, Dennis (April) Griffin of Camp Hill, AL, Milton Griffin, Jr. and Winston Griffin of Opelika, AL; Fiancé, Robert Dobbin of Lowndes County, AL; five aunts, Wyvonia (Raymond) Greer of Lafayette, Al; Josephine Roberts of Lanett, Al; Johnnie Mae Allen all of Lafayette, AL, Christine Griffin and Clementine Holloway both of Camp Hill, AL; two uncles, Willie James (Magdelena) Williams and Johnny Ray (Annie Mae) Williams both of Lafayette, AL; three nephews, Adam, Dewinston and Dennis, Jr.; four nieces, Lashonda, Shaniqua, Winteria and Daziah; a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends and a beloved puppy, “Daisey”.
