Obituary For Bernice "Bunch" Turk
Funeral service for Bernice Turk, 73, of Auburn, AL, will be at 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church, 7282 Alabama Hwy 14 W, Auburn, AL, 36830 with interment in Pine Level Cemetery, 4650 Arrow Head Road, Loachapoka, AL, 36865, Reverend Jason Whetstone will officiate.
Ms. Turk, who passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama, was born March 6, 1952, in Macon County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Friday, January 30, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Ms. Turk will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one brother, Andrew Turk of Loachapoka, AL; one aunt, Geneva Turk of Notasulga, AL; two sisters-in-law, Bessie Turk and Hattie Turk both of Loachapoka, AL; a devoted cousin, David Thomas of Apopka, FL; two nieces, Virginia Turk of Decatur, GA and Christy Turk of Auburn, AL; two nephews, Cedric (Deccie) Turk of Huntsville, AL and Christopher (Gifty) Turk of Clifton, VA; a host of cousins and friends.
