Funeral service for Bishop Moss, 72, of Opelika, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Liberty C.M.E. Church Cemetery, 6510 County Road 173, Lafayette, AL 36862, Bishop Larry Johnson will officiate. (Facial covering is required)
Mr. Moss, who passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at his home in Opelika, AL, was born November 22, 1950 in Gadsden, AL.
Public viewing will be Friday, January 6, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required).
He leaves to cherish his memory: devoted wife, Roberta Moss of Opelika, AL; three children, Bishop (Kimberly) Moss, Jr., Cassandra Moss and Victoria (Robert) Willis all of Opelika, AL; one sister, Edith Lockhart of Opelika, AL; one brother, Roscoe Moss, Jr. of Opelika, AL; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
