Funeral service for Donna Moore, 56, of Auburn, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 2461 US Highway 29 N, Auburn, AL, 36830 with interment in the Church Cemetery, Reverend Chester Levett will officiate.
Ms. Moore, who passed away, Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, was born July 10, 1968, in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Ms. Moore will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
She leaves to cherish her memory: four children, LaQuarius Moore, Karessa Moore, Charkiethia Moore and Quaderrius Moore all of Auburn, AL; ten grandchildren, Ja’Navia Pendleton, Jaquarious Moore, Keegan Wallace, TyKingston Moore, Anthony Bryant, Jr., Haylee Bryant Ariel Moore, Kyrie Moore, Kavion Moore and Aundre Bryant; special grandchildren, Chloe Welch and Jakavion Smith; two sisters, Cathy Moore and Jennifer Reese both of Auburn, AL; nine brothers, Robert (Lucille) Yancey of Chesapeake, VA, John Roger (Cleo) Moore, Larry (Barbara) Moore, Richard Moore, Scottie (Diane) Moore all of Auburn, AL, Derrick Yancey, Christopher (Fannie) Moore both of Opelika, AL, Bobby (Sandy) Moore of Charlotte, NC and John Allen (Jennifer) Moore of Montgomery, AL; two uncles, Fred Yancey, Jr. of Opelika, AL and Johnny (Birdie) Yancey of Syracuse, NY; two special daughters, Velma Moss and Sharelia Mackey; one special son, Anthony Bryant, Sr.; three special nieces, Deshawnta “NeeNee” Pitts, Tanesha Moore both of Auburn, AL and Aaliyah Sierra of Birmingham, AL; two devoted friends, Sylvia Denson and Allison Baker; four godchildren, Shenise Baker, Harlyn Baker, Nomat Holloway and Kwylee Holloway all of Santa Clara, CA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
