Funeral service for Exola Foote, 78, of Auburn, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 2461 US Highway 29 N, Auburn, AL, 36830, with interment in Darlington Cemetery, 205 Edwards Drive, Tuskegee, AL, 36083, Reverend Chester Levett, Pastor, Elder Felicia Cannon Eulogist.

Ms. Foote, who passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama, was born October 9, 1946, in Macon County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Friday, September 5, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Ms. Foote will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

She leaves to cherish her memory: four children, LaJuana (Charles) Levett, Cynthia Perkins both of Auburn, AL, Elder Felicia (Gary) Cannon of Lithonia, GA and Tiffany Holbdy of Dallas, TX; nine grandchildren, MaTiya Smith of Atlanta, GA, Milton (Rebekah) Smith of Decatur, GA, Jessica Perkins, Jala Perkins both of Dallas, TX, Nikki Goodson of Lithonia, GA, Gary Cannon II of Lithonia, GA, Jalisa Holbdy of Montgomery, AL, Jazariah Holbdy and Jazmine Wilson both of Dallas, TX; eight great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren; one sister, Alice (Walter) Cloud of Decatur, GA; one brother, Richard (Yolanda) Howard of Killeen, TX; two devoted friends, Mary Smtih of Fort Davis, AL and Joyce Sistrunk of Auburn, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
