Obituary For Infant Novah Aaliyah Welch
Graveside service for Novah Welch, 6 months, of Auburn, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at Westview Cemetery, 700 Westview Drive, Auburn, Alabama 36801, Reverend Walter Jones will officiate.
Infant Welch, who passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL, was born August 31, 2020 in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing for Infant Welch will be Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
She leaves to cherish her memory: loving and devoted parents; mother, Portia Winchester; father, Deont’a Welch; four sisters, Miracle Winchester, Zorianna Foster, Iryanna Wrights and Marley Winchester; three brothers, Jamarcus Greathouse, Demario Pitts and Jay Oliver; two grandparents, Tijuana (Yemi) Dowdell, Tesha (Patrick) Winchester; six aunts, Aleshia Dowdell, Quientasha Dowdell, Malika Winchester, Khadijah Winchester, Lapatria Winchester and Pearl Humphrey; four uncles, Dekoven Dowdell, Mario Winchester, Cedriquez (Jenee) Hunt and Reverend Louis Winchester; five special cousins, Harmony Dowdell, Jamarvia Johnson, Christian Dowdell, Jaleah Winchester and Ja’lady Winchester; a special aunt, Olympia Dowdell; godparents, Marquetta Spinks, Lori Mennefield and Dominic Macon; several great grandparents, great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
