Public viewing for James Hart, 64, of Opelika, AL, will be from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2024, at Harris Funeral Home.

Mr. Hart, who passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born January 6, 1960 in Macon County, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory: one son, Tyron Blackwell of Middletown, NY; one granddaughter, Kyla Blackwell of Fairfield, NC; three sisters, Doris Graham of Lawson, OK, Yvette Hart and Tina Hart of Dayton, OH; eight brothers, Antonio (Norma) Pickens of Brooklyn, NY, Preston Jordan of Manhattan, NY, Johnny Jordan of Bronx, NY, Shane (Desiree) Jordan of Queens, NY, William Jordan of Syracuse, NY, Jerry Jordan of Long Island, NY, Auturo Jordan of Queens, NY and Frederick Hart of Cincinnati, OH, two uncles, Billy Joe (Patricia) Scott of Dayton, OH and Lloyd Simmon of Queens, NY; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
