On June 2, 1962, a bright light was born to Julia Mae Harper Marshall. The youngest of the family, Jill, was a little spoiled baby doll. She was born with a head full of hair and packed with life and energy. Early in life, Jill joined Auburn AME Zion church and later she found her home at St. Ellis Full Gospel Church under the leadership of Apostle James Fears. Jill graduated from Auburn High School Class of 1980 and was an employee of Opelika Housing Authority from March 1988 - January 2004.
Jill was a little outspoken and enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved her children and spending time with family and friends. She was highly creative and crafty. Jill enjoyed playing cards, Spades was among her favorites.
