Funeral service for Jimmy L. Bufford, 71, of Ocala, FL, formerly of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Town Creek Cemetery, 1150 South Gay Street, Auburn, AL 36832, Sister, Dorothy Evans will officiate, Brother Sammy Evans, II, Eulogist.
Mr. Bufford, who passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 at his home in Ocala, FL, was born on April 30, 1952, in Tuskegee, Alabama.
Public viewing will be on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. β 11:00 a.m.
Mr. Bufford leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Vinessa Wagner Bufford of Ocala, FL; three children, London Bufford of Ocala, FL, Kacie Bufford of Nashville, TN and Anish Walker of Auburn, AL; one grandson, Jaquez Oliver of Auburn, AL; siblings, John Lewis (Joann) Bufford III, Leroy (Cynthia) Bufford, Gloria Bufford and Larry (Gwendolyn) Bufford all of Auburn, AL; a special cousin as a sister, Dorothy (Sammy) Evans of Auburn, AL; goddaughter, Dr. Krystal P. (Oreste) Patterson of Apopka, FL; godson, Damarious (Janelle) Studdard of Birmingham, AL; adopted daughters, Monique Webley and Tashawna Higgins both of Toronto, Canada; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
