Obituary For Joseph James "Joe" Frazier

Funeral service for Joseph Frazier, 56, of Waverly, Alabama, will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2022, at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 2143 Lee Road 72, Auburn, AL 36830 with interment in the church cemetery, Reverend Dion Gilbert, Pastor and Reverend Kortavious Key, Eulogist.

Mr. Frazier, who passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, was born July 8, 1965, in Lee County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Thursday, March 17, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required)

Mr. Frazier will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Edna Avery of Waverly, AL; three children, Jamaruall (Ashley) Webb, Sr. of Newnan, GA, Keoria Frazier and Katravious “Man Man” Reese both of Opelika, AL; five grandchildren, Vontez Armour, Shayla Benjamin, Jamaruall Webb, Jr., Armani Webb and Serenity “Baby Girl” Webb; four sisters, Vera Frazier of Waverly, AL, Wendy Jones, Sandy Jones both of Auburn, AL and Angela (Christopher) Crusoe of Selma, AL; three brothers, Eddie (Cynthia) Pitts of Opelika, AL, Jessie (Sheree) Frazier of Auburn, AL and Richard Turk of Syracuse, NY; one uncle, George “Buster” Frazier of Notasulga, AL; one great aunt, Helen Key of Tuskegee, AL; one great uncle; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
