On behalf of the Dowdells Family, we send our condolences to the Perry Family. This is Cynthia, I've know Kandy since the moment she moved to Alabama from Atlanta. We were friends for many years. I loved her because she was a very good individual to know. We played softball together on Drake and Loachapoka ball fields. I have great memories of Kandy that will last a lifetime. May God bless her soul and have mercy on the family's broken hearts in their time of sorrow. Praying for Perry Family. With "Love" Cynthia Dowdell.
