Obituary For Kathy Ann Lockhart

Graveside service for Kathy Lockhart, 64, of Phenix City, AL, formerly Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 4, 2021, at Westview Cemetery, 700 Westview Drive, Auburn, AL 36830, Reverend James Q. Smith will officiate.

Ms. Lockhart, who passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, GA, was born September 3, 1956 in Macon County, Alabama.

Public viewing for Ms. Lockhart will be Wednesday, February 3, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Survivors include: four sisters, Chineta Hill of Columbus, GA, Lydia Carlisle, Sherry Lockhart both of Auburn, AL and Margo Darden of West Point, GA; two brothers, Tracy (Gwendolyn) Lockhart of Opelika, AL and Ed Dowdell of Auburn, AL; one aunt, Mildred Howard of Syracuse, NY; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
