Mom's was one of the, if not the, kindest human being to roam this earth. I know she still walks with us today in spirit and forever watches over our lives guiding us with the lord even at times we may not notice. She gave everything she had to the one's she surrounded herself around, with endless love, compassion, and faith that she would spread everywhere she went. I remember she would constantly tell others to strive hard for what they wanted in life and as long as they had a goal in mind, don't stop and don't let anyone tear you down as you worked toward your dreams. She always emphasized showing empathy and compassion for others, while also keeping me on my toes about the reality of the world and giving me a greater understanding of it at such a young age. My great grandmother truly is an angel on earth, and I know she is in a better place now. She gave me a greater understanding of my mission here on earth, as well as my faith and relationship with the lord no-matter how long it took. The impact she left on everyone she came in touch with will never be forgotten. Love you forever moms, I know you are here with me every step of the way, and until I see you again.
Love your great grandson,
Christian
Remembering my dear cousin, Mary and the beautiful moments shared with her over the decades at family reunions. She was loving, loved to talk about Jesus and always had a word of inspiration. 🥰 Recalling my last telephone conversation just a couple of years ago, when I visited Tuskegee. We were trying to connect for lunch and our last words on the phone call were... love you, see you next time. 💜 🙏🏾
God bless the Kimbrough Family. I loved Mrs. Kimbrough very much. She was a wonderful woman and like an adopted grandmother (or godmother) to me. I met her and Mr. Kimbrough during my time as a Tuskegee University student. He was a mentor to me and then through him I then met her. I always enjoyed talking to her about her day whether it was running errands or tidying up the house or our shared enjoyment of "The Bachelor" tv show. We regularly had to get on the phone each week and discuss the episodes. My life has forever been made better simply because I had the honor to know her.
Love this lady of many services hats. Cheerful, giving, little trucking roadrunner. Many beautiful stories about children and I remember a grandson in Vegas. If I had to quest that hat was for her favorite the Kentucky Derby .She became my friend because I use used well water to shampoo her hair for many years, also she could get well water without driving to home In GA. Love given love shown. I know you flew high. Marjorie Watson

I had the honor of meeting Ms. Kimbrough just one time, a few months ago, as she was coming through Bainbridge. She was so full of energy and life and love, greeting me and treating me like she had known me all her life. What a wonderful family! You are all blessed.
My aunt Mary was one of a kind. She believed in me and always encouraged me. I'll never forget the times that I spent with her and talked with her. You will always be in my heart and my thoughts. Love always your man Marvin Sr
Aunt Mary I'm really gonna miss you
Mary always talked to the children. This made my boys feel good. During one particular trip, she and Taz made to Dothan, one of my sons was complaining that his hand felt like it was on fire. Everything I told him to do only made it worse. Normally, he did not complain a lot. I thought he wanted attention because we had guests. Mary said, there must be something wrong even though we could not see anything. She finally said, get some tape and she placed it on his palm. To my amazement, you could see the fiberglass stuck to the tape. He told us he had touched the shiny material under the hood of the car when it had been opened earlier that afternoon. Thanks, Mary. Mary had raised three sons and I am sure she taught me a lesson on listening better to complaints from my children.
wasn't long ago, during a visit to Mom's, that she opened her closet and showed me her collection of clothes from over the years. She had the perfect dress for every occasion. I loved feeling the fabrics with my hands, marveling at the beautiful array of styles and colors. That day, we turned into giggling best friends, like kids playing dress-up.
She always had a generous heart and, of course, she let me try on some of her dresses. For a little while, it felt like we were the same age, simply enjoying the moment in our own private dressing room.
I will deeply miss this woman's laughter, and her nightly calls to Eric. She never failed to remind us to stay prayerful. Her spirit, her warmth, and her joy live on in all of us.
I meet this spunky lady a little of a year ago. She would always stop by our office to bring us goodies or just to chit chat. I will never forget all the love that she sprinkled throughout our office and her giving heart. She will forever be missed.
Aunt Mary has always been such a ray of both light and hope.I can still see that vibrant smile and feel that awesome sense of humor. Aunt Mary will always be cherished by so many. To her sons and to our extended families we know we are better because we shared time with such a beautiful spirit.
Love Kimberly
At 91 years old, she led a full, active, productive and helpful life up until weeks before passing. If you make it to 75, that's a great blessing. If you make it to 90, every day after that is a wonderful gift from God. So the gifts and graces from the Lord have run their course. No need to be sad because she is with the Father, in a much better place. All the issues and worries this world has to offer have been washed away from her concerns. Now it's time to celebrate the life, achievements and service that she gave to this world for over 9 decades. Moms, your presence will be missed but your impact is undeniable and unforgettable. Loving you always until we meet again, Eric Sr.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
