Miller And I Met On The Campus Of Troy State University (Now Troy University) In Troy, Alabama, During The Period Of 1969-1973. Miller, Myself And All Of The Black Student's At Troy Were Really A; "Solid Band Of Brother's And Sister's." Miller Was A Fun Loving Friend, Who Never Failed To Meet You With A Smile. He Was A Serious Athlete, And Serious

Student. Miller Ran Track For Troy. I Often Said The Black Athletes Put Troy On The Map! Miller Loved Fashion, College Life And Enjoying Time With His Peers In The "Quad"(Long Gone), Or A Pick-Up Game Of Cards, Between Classes, Usually "Spades," In The Student Center, Located In Smith Hall. I Graduated In August/1973, And Never Had The Privilege Of Seeing Or Talking To This Charismatic Man Again. Needless To Say, In Those Days, We Were YoungH, We Were Free, You Could Almost Read By The Light In All Of The Black Student's Eyes. The Light's A Little Dimmer Now. I Wish For All Of Miller's Surviving Family To Know That Wilson's Presence And Friendship Left An Indelible Impression On The Many Friends He Made At Troy University. My Sincerest Condolences Are With You. Rest Well Miller Woodson.

Uncle Toot will truly be missed! He was a man who truly loved the Lord and not ashamed of his word. He was Tiffany's biggest cheerleader and he never missed a milestone in her life. He was the first person that I know that speaks highly about giving. His kind words and warm hugs will be truly missed. Because of him I know the importance of "Tithes and offering!" I will keep the family in my prayers!
