Am just learning about the loss of your mother Marian your mother was a sweet loving caring person. I just found out today that Ms. Edwards was gone. She was the stylist for me and my mother at one point. she was a great friend to both of us in and out of the salon. Her heart is immeasurably large and always filled with love and concern for others. Bless you during her transition, my family and I will be prayerful for you all. #InHisName

I never met Ma Nan physically, but the way we interacted and cut up on Facebook you would never be able to tell. I had the privilege of being apart of the family via her daughter, Teleka Edwards. Over the years, I can truly say Marian Edwards was a class act! I loved the tenacity she exhibited towards life, the resilience in her smile, and most of all the love she gave to all she came into contact with. Make no mistake about it, there won't ever be another like her. I love you Ma Nan...you deserve your rest.
