Obituary For Oscar Lee "Fab" Foreman, Jr.
Graveside service for Oscar Foreman, Jr., 72, of Opelika, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL 36801, Overseer Markita James-Smith will officiate.
Mr. Foreman, who passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born March 5, 1948 in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing for Mr. Foreman will be Friday, January 8, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
He leaves to cherish his memory: two sons, Bishop Quinton O. (Alesia) Smith of Opelika, AL and Oscar L. (Neatra) Foreman III of Cincinnati, OH; five sisters, Bernice Foreman, Brenda Foreman, Clarice Jefferson, Elizabeth Foreman and Ernestine Johnson; nine grandchildren, Clarence Smith, Mortez (Markita) Smith, Deundra Smith, Juwanta Crossty, Da’Shawn Foreman, Catreece (Devonte) Cannon, Devin Foreman, D’Nyah Foreman and Isaiah Lee Foreman; nine great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
