Public viewing for Roderick Parker, 50, of Lafayette, AL, will be from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Harris Funeral Home.
Mr. Parker, who passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born August 30, 1973 in Lee County, Alabama.
He leaves to cherish his memory: two children, Tyre Thomas of Columbus, GA and Jordan Parker of Montgomery, AL; one sister, Brenda Ann Jones of Dallas, GA; one brother, Alfredo Parker of Opelika, AL; six uncles, Frankie (Mary) Evans of Lafayette, AL, Danny (Rebecca) Evans, Tommie Lee Evans, Leon Evans all of Camp Hill, AL, Ronnie Evans of Montgomery, AL and Samuel (Titiana) Evans of Goodwater, AL; nine aunts, Alice Faye Parker of Lafayette, AL, Lois (Coleman) Woodson of Montgomery, AL, Carolyn Calloway, Annette Evans both of Opelika, AL, Jean Morris, Lisa Evans both of Alexander City, AL, Shirley Warrior of Fayetteville, GA, Janice (Bob)Newsome and Belinda Parker both of Radcliff, KY; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
