Funeral service for Tias Cobb, 25, of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 2255 Wrights Mill Road, Auburn, AL, 36830 with interment in the Church Cemetery, Reverend Bernard Anderson will officiate.
Mr. Cobb, who passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, was born August 24, 1998, in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Monday, August 26, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. β 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Cobb will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
He leaves to cherish his memory: one son, Tru Cobb of Auburn, AL; father, James Knight of Auburn, AL; grandparents, Bobbie Jean Webb of Auburn, AL, Elder James (Doris) Knight of Opelika, AL and Willie Frank Resse of Tuskegee, AL; three brothers, Keyaire Cobb, Jarkevius Cobb both of Auburn, AL and Janelius Foreman of Savannah, GA; three nieces, KaMori Cobb, KaMoni Cobb and Kylie Cobb; one nephew, Kaylon Cobb; ten aunts, Alicia (George Warren) Dowdell, Sharonda Webb, Erica Dowdell, Marie Cobb, Tonja (Chris) Payne, Anita Torrance all of Auburn, AL, Teresa Knight Hogan, Charlotte Barnett, Tracy (William) Anderson all of Opelika, AL and Tammy (Anthony) Card of Birmingham, AL; four uncles, Christian (Lisa) Dowdell of Opelika, AL, Randy Webb, Jessie Webb both of Auburn, AL and Brandon Reese of Birmingham, AL; three special cousins, Chrishanta Jennings, Bridgett Cobb and Shanequa McCauley; three best friends, Drecco Cobb, Quintavious Tolfree and Kameron Johnson; a special friend, Zaria Harvey; a host of great aunts, great uncles, other relatives and friends.
