Obituary For Tina Tonya "Ms. T" Burroughs
Public viewing for Tina Burroughs, 54, of Auburn, Alabama, will be Thursday, April 30, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home.
Ms. Burroughs, who passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at her home in Auburn, Alabama, was born May 26, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan. At an early age, she confessed Christ and united with Christian Liberty Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Finney High School Class of 1983 in Detroit, Michigan.
After moving to Auburn, Alabama, she attended several churches in the Greater Lee County area. “Ms. T” as she was known to family and friends, enjoyed cooking, smothered pork chops and macaroni and cheese were among her favorite dishes.
She leaves to cherish her memory: four children, Raymond (Tracy) Burroughs, Quentin (Amy) Burroughs, Marty (Kelly) Burroughs and Jerome (Savonne) Burroughs all of Opelika, AL; eleven grandchildren, Leah Burroughs, Kenadee Burroughs, Coree Burroughs, Vincent Burroughs, Kelsey Huff, Destiny Hill, Paris Jackson, Robin Davis, Ryan Davis, Jasmin Garcia and Tori Slottkee; three sisters, Virginia (Dell) Burroughs and Virginia Qualls both of Detroit, MI; three brothers, Leroy Burroughs of Kettering, OH, Jerry Burroughs and Larry Burroughs both of Detroit, MI; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Add A CondolenceAs Tina faced pain and suffering, she never let go of her Love for others. Her children will always be a testament to her kindness, empathy, and generosity. She lived her faith, in Jesus Christ.
