Funeral service for Tyrell Canada, 29, of Stone Mountain, GA, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Garden Hills Cemetery, 1218 Frederick Road, Opelika, AL. 36801, Elder David K. Heard will officiate.
Mr. Canada, who passed away Friday, February 7, 2025 at his home in Stone Mountain, Georgia, was born March 21, 1995, in Dekalb County, Georgia.
Public viewing will be Friday, February 21, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory: parents, Willie and Loretta Canada of Stone Mountain, GA; one sister, Iteria Canada of Stone Mountain, GA; one brother, Coderia (Keilundra) Philpot of Opelika, AL; paternal grandmother, Mary Canada of Waverly, AL; maternal grandparents, Willie and Nellie Aldridge of Auburn, AL; two aunts, Jennifer Canada (Kassey) and Lucinda Aldridge both of Auburn, AL; one uncle, Anthony (Shemekia) Canada of Snellville, GA; two great-uncles, Benjamin Canada of Opelika, AL and Eddie Moore of Waverly, AL; six great-aunts, Nettie Ruth Canada of Waverly, AL, Louise Moore of Opelika, AL, Katherine (Richard) Jackson, Allean Reese, Pearl Melton all of Auburn, AL, and Clara Buchanan of Opelika, AL; one niece, Kali Philpot of Opelika, AL; three nephews, Trevon Philpot, Jamon Philpot and Jalen Philpot all of Opelika, AL; seven special cousins, Marqerious Canada, Gertavious Canada both of Auburn, AL, Yolexis Aldridge of Montgomery, AL, Alexis Aldridge of Auburn, AL, Justice Canada of Covington, GA, Anthony Canada, Jr. of Snellville, GA and Ashlyn Canada of Snellville, GA; special furry pet, Riley Canada; a host of other relatives and friends.
