Mrs. Kemp was one of the kindest people I've ever met. She always had a smile on her face, a pep in her step and a song in her heart. Not to mention the best dressed this side of the Mississippi! I will miss her, and am grateful to have known her for many years. My condolences to the family... Cedrick Morris Tucker
