To the family of Mr. Phil Evans

Ms. Gloria, Allan and Ms. Joyce, words cannot fully express the loss I have for your family. I send sincere prayers and condolences to all of you. Mr Phil was an extraordinary man with such compassion and kindness. We lived next door to him for over 10 years and he was the best neighbor in the entire neighborhood. He often assisted my son, nephew and my late husband in helping with things at our home (including cutting grass). Also, he looked out for our home whenever ministry called for us to travel out of town. He kept us up-to-date while we were away. Then he was a huge help to my Mom who lived across the street. (From putting up a fence to other small needs in her home). Then when my husband passed, the kindness and support was truly appreciated. Unfortunately it's difficult to find such genuine care and love for thy neighbor during these days. May you all find peace and comfort knowing that he was a rare find who left an indelible mark and will be truly missed. Sending love, hugs and prayers your way.
