Betty Milbry

Mother Betty had this way of bringing out the best in a person. We loved this woman not because she was a very closed neighbor who you can talk with every day, but a woman of God from the churches of God by Faith and Church of God by Grace family. After the passing of her husband, another grate leader. We see and talk of things from the Bible and what leaders of a few churches was not following the Word of God, about outreach and missionary service first in the community and overseas. From the old school church, mother and many with her travel from town to town to share the Good News of our Lord and Savior. Many were saved under their ministry.

Betty it will seem strange not seeing you sitting on your carport and waving at everyone that passed by. You was a nice quiet lady that I remember growing up. May your soul rest peacefully. Your Lake Hamilton Friend, Liz Monroe Kuykendall
