I first knew him when I was assigned as assistant property officer and he was the property officer. Spent a lot of years working together and for him. Rest In Peace Chief.
I remember doing a play in elementary school and seeing him with his gold badges and proud feeling I got to see my cousin in that uniform as a black man with the sheriff office holding that rank.
The first lieutenant I had after the academy. I learned alot from him and Sgt Smith when I trained. Rest in peace now Sir, your duties here on earth our completed.
