My prayer are with the family long time neighbor we will miss you miss Edna Mae rest in peace shalom

Mrs. Edna started out being my hairdresser before l was old enough to drive. It was always a treat going to her shop/home with my mom although it would be an all day affair lol but trust me she fed us good lol. Over the years she's given valuable advice, cooking tips and motherly love. Now it's time for you to rest, for God said; "Well done, good and faithful servant..." — Matthew 25:21

For over 40 years, Ms Edna has been a treasured part of our lives at Mac's Meats. She was and is a true friend and such a blessing to us. Her words of wisdom, her kindness and how she let her light so shine before men to the glory of our heavenly Father was always such a testimony to us. We were blessed with her wonderful gift of cooking. Her greens, sweet potato pies, fried chicken, pork chops, potato salad (our Mother, Mrs. Mac had to have her on bowl she loved it so much) ham, chicken and rice, and so much more everything she created was from her heart and we always felt so loved. Thank you again Ms Edna, love You! We rejoice knowing she is safely home with the Lord and we will miss You but we will see You again. Our hearts are with her great family during this time. May God comfort you with His love and surround you with His peace.

My deepest condolences 🙏🏾 to Brenda, Dwayne, and the entire family. I have so many wonderful memories of Auntie. She loved her family and friends... everyone!! Auntie, we loved you too, and you will be tremendously missed. Take your rest. Thank you for the unconditional love you poured in to me and Nia. I pray that you knew you were loved as much as you loved all of us!
