Remembrance for Ms. Inez Russell
Memories of the beloved Ms Inez Russell.
As a kid growing up, I always thought she was our Aunt. She knew the Oldest to the youngest child; she hung around Momma and Aunt Francis a lot. Ms. Inez, and Aunt Francis, when they were picking fruit, Whether it be that of an orange, grapefruit, or tangerine, they would always bring me the best fruits home. It was as if, they were in competition to give me the best. I would always meet them at the bus as they got off from work, just to get my oranges. Boy was they great, good and sweet.
Yet, I'm reminded of this song again that says it all, "Some Glad Morning when this life is over, I'll fly away". I'll Fly Away to a home on God's Celestial Shore. It's been written and song so many times, but when Gloria Spencer song it, she meant it. When the last trumpet shall be sounded, we will fly away.
The scripture tells us in Ecclesiastes Chpt.3: 1-5, to everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to be born, and a time to die, a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which was planted. God plucked his flower! God plucked his beautiful Inez Russell. Family yes it hurts but God knows best, he's not a God of Confusion. God is your comforter; he will see you through these sorrowful times. We will continually pray that God will continue, to lift your family up during these trying times. Know that God is who he says he is. God is the Father of Mercies and the God of all Comfort.
No one has the words for you right now, no one knows how you really feel inside. They say what they feel in their hearts, to help you get through this sorrow, by sharing their own life experiences that God has dealt them. Hoping some encouraging words will ease the pain and sooth your heart.
{II Corinthians Chapter. 1:3-4} This we do know that whatever you're going through right now, God will always be there for you and your family. Family Ms. Inez was our friend, a mother, Aunt, Teacher, and Overseer for our neighborhood. She was a true friend to the Gunter family. She always hung around my Mother, Ms. Lottie and Aunt Francis. KJV. Mat: 11:29 says. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke, is easy and my burden is light. Ms. Inez is ok. The Burdens of her heart has been lifted, she's at peace with her Father, whom is in Heaven. So we pray that God continue to comfort you through these sorrowful times. Know that weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. {Psalm30:5}. Family continue to take care each other, this is what she would have wanted. This message is from the Gunter Family, Located in the North, South, East, and West. Family Be Blessed!!.
