Our thoughts are with your family. We're so sorry for your loss. Job 14:14,15.
I will always cherish her smile when going to see her at her apartment in Brooklyn,NY. I also enjoyed playing dominoes with her in May of 2024. It was a blessing knowing her.
Abuela was a very sweet soul. I think it's comforting that she was able to live a long life and experience the joys life brings. See her children and grandchildren grow. Even in the end have everyone that loved her surround her till her last breath. That's what she needed and deserved. Rest easy, I hope yankee is with you
For those who knew mom, knew she was a jokster. Always saying the funniest things that made us crack up. She loved playing dominoes almost everyday. Her cooking was delicious. I try to learn her recipes to the taste but I can never get it quite like hers. She will definitely be missed by all who knew her. She lived a long beautiful life. Thank you mom for all that you've done to care for your entire family I love you forever end ever. Until we meet again. ❤️
I remember Mami and I was on a TWA flight, sitting in first class to San Juan Puerto Rico and Mom turn to me and said, "Gracias por traerme a reunirme con la familia de aca." Thank you for reuniting me with my family here. I said, " Yo hacia cualquier cosa por ti, si puedo." I would do anything for you if i could". Then i asked Robbi Rosa of Menudo who was also sitting in first class if we could take a picture with him. He said yes, but unfortunately the picture didn't developed. Rest in Peace Mami. I'm going to miss you more than you knew.
Luz was an extraordinary grandmother and mother-in-law, bringing joy and laughter to everyone around her. Her kindness and sense of humor made her truly special, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she find eternal peace in paradise. From Deborah Jean
I am so grateful to Luz for all the wonderful people she brought life to. I will miss her getting mad at the necessities of life and being so grateful for what she had. I will miss making chili knowing I had to make it mild so she could eat some. She is at peace and lived a good long life. May all of you who are family be comforted knowing she is now with her Savior.
My beautiful Wela, You are the most beautiful and wonderful Grandma anyone could ask for. I like to say I got my humor from you because you always had everyone around you laughing. I loved helping you with puzzles and playing dominoes. Thank you for all the love you gave us, and delicious foods you made us. I will always love and miss you. And as usual when we would go back and forth saying we loved the other more, siempre te amare mas que a todo el mundo. <3
Mom, we will always cherish the times we spent together. All the birthdays, mother's day, and holidays you made special. We had so many happy years with you and so many wonderful memories. We love you and miss you. May you rest in peace. Love Always, Mannie, Kumar, Sahil, and Shaila.
Mami, you have gone home to be with the Lord. You will no longer have pain, suffering or tears. Let us shed the tears for you now. In heaven there is none of that only joy, peace and love. I will miss the days I visited you, the times you made me laugh, and yes the times you beat us at playing dominos. You will always be our domino queen. I will miss those moments and so many more. I know one day we will be reunited in God's kingdom. I was bless to have you as my Mami. I will always cherish the moments we shared. Be at peace Mami. I love you & miss you.
