It is with deep regret that I hear of the passing of Mrs. Myers. I have memories of her during my childhood days in Haines City. I will miss seeing her smiling face at our retired educators state conferences. It is my prayer that God will strengthen and give peace to all that mourn her death. Robert L. Rest In Peace Mom!! Your example of firm but kind mentorship based in Christian love is THE gold standard. Watching you practice what you preached was a God sent gift to me.

"I'll miss your guidance. I'll miss your instructions. I'll miss your discussions. I'll miss your life long wisdom. You were our Godmother, our beloved who gave not only to Tori and I, but to oh so many. I shall never forget your words to me on Monday, November 9th. Sleep on and we'll see you on the other side. Love you more than you'll ever know. Vickie and Tori
Mrs. Myers, may you Rest Happily In Heaven. I have loved and admired you all of my life. You were a great influence to many young girls and a personification of what being a lady of distinction resembled. I remember you being my Physical Ed teacher, my Guidance Counselor and you chose me to be a cheerleader, something I longed to be (high school and college). THANKS for all of the love, nurturing, maturity and blueprint for a role model for many of us. Liz Monroe Kuykendall Class of 1969
