I always looked at Mr Wallace as a man among men. He walked with Giants yet was comfortable sitting at the humble table. Regardless of all his accomplishments he never held himself separate from his people. I am grateful that I had his wonderful wit and wisdom in my life. We shall not see his like again. I am going to miss him and mourn him. I send my deepest, most heartfelt condolences to his family. You have lost your rock. I had many long conversations with Mr Wallace and always left with more knowledge than I had when we started. He had a life full of Rich experiences and adventure. And I loved listening to him speak of his exploits. He always gave credit for the wisdom and advice that he had received as a Young Man, advice that helped him lead an extraordinary life.
