On December 9, 2014, God blessed the world with a beautiful angel, Zechariah Emmanuel Johnson. He was born to Susie Edmonds and Bertram Agee, in Christian County, Kentucky. He was loved by his parents, and enjoyed playing with his siblings, and cousins.
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I too have lost loved ones and know this can be one of the most difficult things to go through. I just wanted to leave you with a scripture that has helped me and let you know your family will be in my prayers. The scripture is Acts 24 verse 15 and it talks about a hope of a resurrection when we could see our loved ones again here on the earth. If you would like to learn more about our comforting hope for the future feel free to email me.
Dear Mom, Dad, family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss of your beautiful baby boy Zechariah. God never intended for us to die. In fact death is called an “enemy”. He promises to fulfill all that He has said (Titus 1:2). No more sickness(Isaiah 33:24). No more death (Isaiah 25:8). Seeing our loved ones again ( John 5:28, 29) and he says where at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29). Later when you feel up to it, please read these few Scriptures of Comfort. They helped me when my son and again when my daughter fell asleep in death. And, I hope these Promises from God will be of some comfort to you as well. Especially, when One reflects on the way Jesus viewed death at John 11:11-14. Yes, God’s son Jesus viewed death as one Sleeping. My deepest condolences to the family. May the memories you have remain fresh in your heart. May God’s tender mercies comfort you amidst such sorrow. Isaiah 41:10; 2 Corinthians 1:2-4; Psalms 55:22; Acts 24:15. I am so sorry for your loss.
