Barbara Jean Pittman, 90, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025.
Funeral service will be held 12:00p.m. Friday October 24, 2025 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC. 27801 with Rev. Timothy Walker, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service.

Sending our sincerest condolences to the Family of Mrs Barbara, She was our sister next door neighbor at The Carrollton of Nash. Mrs Barbara was a sweet lady and she would ask us to come in her room when she first got there and have a conversation with her ,The last time i saw her she was waving her little hand to ask me something but It was a busy day for me with my sister and i waved back at her wish i had just went to hear her sweet little voice,but we never know when God is going to call us home .Just wanted The pittman and Seabreeze Family to know we are sending our Prayers and Praying God be with the Family and sure Mrs Barbara is eternal peace.God Bless the Family.

Sending my most sincere condolences to the Pittman and Seabreeze families. Barbara was my grandfather's niece (the late Johnnie Seabreeze); and her mother, Aunt Fletcher was his sister. She was fiesty just like her mom. May the many memories that we all have of her be forever engrained in our hearts. She fought a good fight, 90 years lived and a rich legacy left to always be honored. Praying much for us all. See you in the morning.......
