Betty Jean Arrington Powell, 81, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in New Windsor, N. Y.
Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Pastor Samuel D. Arrington, officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.
Visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
