Memorial Service will be held 1:00pm Thursday, April 23,2026 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC. 27801 with Rev. Sonya Burston-Young, Officiating.

Condolences to the family of Bettye Jones. She was a classmate of the BTW Class of 1964. Bettye was also the Chaplin of the BTWHSAA. She was always willing to take on roles in the organization and she will be missed by all. Bettye was elected Homecoming Queen in 1964 and was a great student. She believed in the Lord and my she REST In Peace. John.
