Love and Prayers to the Family. I'm without words, deeply saddened of the passing of Earnestine. I can hear her now, "Hey Girl". Tine was my husband's Cousin, she loved him dearly. Tine continued to keep in touch with the family after his death. Tine was a kind hearted person, jolly, always saying encouraging words, laughing with that beautiful smile. I will miss her so much. Saying good night to you Earnestine, see you in the morning. Love, Joan (James,,Jr.) Davis

When I think about Earnestine, two words come to my mine Happy and Dependable. She always exhibited these qualities. She was fun to be around and if she said she was going to do something, she did and you knew she would be on time. Once, I had a plane to catch at RDU very early in the morning around 6. I needed to be there at least an hour early. I had planned to leave my car at the airport for a week. My car decided to act up the day before the trip. I didn't know what to do. I happened to be at Elaine Tyson's house that day. She said call Andre. He knows someone who transports people places. It was Earnestine. One day notice-She had been there on time and told me she would come back to pick me up. I will never forget her kindness.
Ernestine was my friends for 35yrs I will always remember how we feed the Seniors of RM💜💐🙏🐇🐇
I became one of your friends when I came back home to live. Although we shared the same neighborhood as kids our reconnect seem like old times. We meet on many Rocky Mount Summer Festivals together on the dance floor having fun because that's what we came to do. You were happy and everyone there watch you with smiles. I will miss the JOY you brought into my life "Teen Boe"

My heart was saddened to hear the passing of a friend, church member friend and friend of my family! Earnestine brought so much life and encouragement to all who knew her! She will take you anywhere in the United States that you need to go what a driver! She will certainly be missed, but she served the Lord and I know she's with Him now! When you exit this life on earth, there's no better place to be then with Jesus! I (we) will miss you my friend! The Byers and Holloway family
