Edna Jo was one of the most selfless persons I'd ever encountered. We were in the same graduating high school class and were great friends. Our mothers were good friends and we visited each others' homes as children. We never dreamed we'd end up living in the same city, and while my family moved away, she and her family remained in Rocky Mount. The news of her transition was a hard blow, yet, I believe that she is resting in the bosom of our Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ. To the Family, you have the sincere condolences of the Jefferson and Ragin Families. Rest well, Edna Jo. You will be missed! Barbara Jean, Tampa, Florida
